What’s New in Version 1.2.4
Features
F#211 Now you can see Beneficiary Name and Beneficiary Number under payor. To get this information go to patients list and click on plus (+) sign.
F#224 In Patient module under billing tab you can now find beneficiary type and number.
F#173 Auto-fill addresses using Google API. This has been introduced in both employee and patient tabs. We are working and soon this feature will be added to all the places that needs address.

Add Allergy to the patient records. Now you can document a patient allergy history, measures taken, and current status.

Users can now generate patient chart and know the story more effectively. You can find all patient information like diagnosis code, medication, notes, care plan, allergy, tasks, etc in a report format.

Nurse Calendar feature introduced for scheduling the patient with a view of the Yearly calendar. Users can now also create a Recurrence Schedule in daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, yearly format.

How to give permissions to a respective role?
Path: Dashboard → Admin → Roles & Permissions → Select Role → Web Permissions → Scheduling → Nurse Scheduler

Steps to Create Schedule
- Login application with Valid Credentials
- Click on the Nurse Calendar menu under Scheduling Tab
- Now you can see a calendar open
- Click on Add Schedule Button or on the Date on which you want to create the schedule.
- Fill in Necessary details.
- Select type of schedule One Time Only or Recurrence
- Enter Date Range and Time
- Click on Save

Steps to Send Document Using Email Feature
1. Login application with Valid Credentials
2. Go to the Patient list page
3. Click on Action and Select Edit option
4. On the Edit patient page click on the Document Tab
5. Select Folder/Sub Folder
6. Select the Action Button of the document which you want to send in email. As soon as you click Email Option user will get the option to send “Email”
7. Fill all the Information or Use the template to Send Email
Steps to Create E-Mail Template
1. Login application with Valid Credentials
2. Go to the Setting menu
3. Click on E-Mail Template sub menu
4. Click on Add
5. Fill all the Fields and Save template
As soon as the data is saved it will display in the Email Section.
